On the 1st Saturday in every month Fit4Life meets in Denbies' car park at 7:00 am and then for the next hour and a half three groups go out - some of us walk, some run and some cycle over and around the Surrey Hills.
Routes are pre planned and maps available. Each group has a leader/organiser and a sweeper so no one will be lost.
After the exercise part, in true fitness tradition we will undo all the good work when we all adjourn to eat a hearty breakfast organised by the CrossWalk Team.
Once a quarter we have a guest speaker after breakfast. Typically these talks will be topical but have a Christian message
What’s that got to do with fitness?
Fitness is only complete when we take care of both our Physical and our Spiritual wellbeing.
There is no charge for the morning but there will be baskets on the table for any donation you may care to make toward the breakfast.
